Well, for those who're connected to Xbox LIVE, anyway. I don't even think it's officially called the "dashboard" anymore, and the layout is definitely a change to what they had the last two times.

What gets me is that now not only is the bottom half of my theme still covered up by a white film, but the image now appears faded as well. Fortunately my theme was free; I can only imagine how anyone who bought theirs must feel (at least for those who do care).
